Jennifer Rose Sciarrino

Lives and works in Toronto, Canada.

Jennifer Rose Sciarrino is graduate of Ryerson University’s with Bachelor of Fine Arts. Currently working in sculpture, installation and photography, exploring ideas in material simulation of the uncanny natural environment. Sciarrino creates sculptures of geological formations seemingly in their natural states but constructed of unsuspecting materials. Creating realistic stalagmites out of paper, and crystals out of resin, Sciarrino re-creates nature’s greatest wonders, echoing their beauty with her intensive artistic process and attention to detail.

Jennifer Sciarrino has exhibited at Narwhal Art Projects as a part of Stay Gold (2008) .
