Melinda Josie

Born in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Lives and works in Toronto, Canada.

Melinda Josie is a Toronto-based artist and illustrator, and graduate of Sheridan College. Drawing inspiration from happy childhood memories, nature, and all things cute and beautiful, her whimsical, delicately rendered paintings and drawings speak to the youthful imagination in all of us. Josie has previously shown in several exhibitions at Magic Pony, including Cats are the New Bunnies (February 2006), Ilavska (February 2007), Mittenfists, (August 2007) and Vesna Sontse (February 2008). Josie has exhibited at Narwhal in Stay Gold (December 2008) and Life Drawing (April 2009).
